1. Agreement to Terms

By placing an order or making an enquiry with Sandra Lawrence Designs, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any purchase or consultation.

2. Orders and Production

All pieces created by Sandra Lawrence Designs are either bespoke (custom-made) or made-to-order. Production timelines vary depending on the complexity of the piece, fabric sourcing, and current order volume. You will be informed of your estimated production timeline at the time of booking or order confirmation.

Please note that production only begins after full payment or the agreed deposit has been received and confirmed, and after all required measurements have been submitted by the client.

3. Measurements and Fit

For all made-to-order and custom orders, clients are required to submit accurate measurements using the measurement guide provided. A detailed written guide and video walkthrough will be shared with you after your order is confirmed to help you measure correctly from home.

Sandra Lawrence Designs will not be held responsible for fit issues arising from incorrect or incomplete measurements submitted by the client. We strongly encourage you to take your time with the measurement process and to reach out to us if you need any guidance before submitting.

4. Payments

Full payment or an agreed deposit is required before production begins. Sandra Lawrence Designs accepts bank transfer, online card payment, and Paystack. Full payment details will be shared at the time of order confirmation.

All payments must be made through our official payment channels only. Sandra Lawrence Designs will never request payment through unofficial or unverified accounts. Prices are exclusive of shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes.

5. Cancellations and Changes

Minor adjustments such as colour, small design details, or measurements may be accommodated within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, changes can no longer be guaranteed as production may have already commenced.

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us immediately in writing. If production has already begun, you may be liable for costs incurred up to the point of cancellation. If full payment has been made and production has not yet started, we will review your request and communicate your options fairly and transparently.

6. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

All orders are made to order and final once production has begun. No refunds are issued for change of mind, incorrect measurements submitted by the client, or delays caused by the client.

Where a confirmed production fault exists on our end, we will offer a free alteration, partial remake, or store credit depending on the situation. All return or refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition with all packaging intact.

Store credit where applicable is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, the size and weight of your order, and the courier used. You will be informed of the shipping cost before dispatch. International clients are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges applied by their country’s customs authority.

Shipping timelines are estimates and do not include production time. Sandra Lawrence Designs is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Communication

All official communication regarding orders, payments, and deliveries will be conducted via our official email and contact channels. Sandra Lawrence Designs will not be held responsible for miscommunication arising from unofficial channels.

9. Photography and Intellectual Property

Sandra Lawrence Designs reserves the right to photograph completed garments for portfolio and marketing purposes. Where client images are shared on our platforms, prior consent will always be sought.

All content on the Sandra Lawrence Designs website and social media platforms including photographs, videos, designs, and written content is the property of Sandra Lawrence Designs and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sandra Lawrence Designs shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the value of the original order placed.

11. Updates to These Terms

Sandra Lawrence Designs reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
