1. Overview
At Sandra Lawrence Designs, every piece is made to order specifically for you. Please note that shipping timelines apply from the date your order is dispatched and do not include your production time. Your production timeline will always be confirmed at the time of your order so you know exactly what to expect from start to finish.
2. Domestic Shipping (Within Nigeria)
We ship to all states within Nigeria. Estimated delivery timelines from the date of dispatch are as follows:
Within Lagos: 1 to 2 business days
Outside Lagos (Standard): 2 to 3 business days
Outside Lagos (Express): 3 to 4 business days
We offer two shipping options for clients outside Lagos, so you can choose the timeline that works best for your needs. Your preferred option will be selected at checkout or confirmed at the time of dispatch.
3. International Shipping
Yes, we ship internationally. Sandra Lawrence Designs proudly delivers to clients across West Africa, Tanzania, Asia, Europe, North America, and Oceania, including the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and beyond. We believe distance should never be a barrier to wearing something beautiful and intentional.
Estimated international delivery timelines from the date of dispatch are as follows:
Express Shipping: 3 to 7 business days
Saver Shipping: 15 business days
For international orders, we recommend reaching out to us before placing your order so we can confirm shipping availability to your specific location, provide an accurate shipping cost, and ensure your timeline is properly planned.
Please note that international clients are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges applied by their country’s customs authority upon arrival of their package. These fees are outside of our control and are not included in your shipping cost.
4. Shipping Methods
We ship via trusted local courier services within Nigeria. For international deliveries, we work with DHL and FedEx. The specific courier used for your order will be confirmed at the time your order is ready for dispatch.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are not fixed and are calculated based on your location, the size and weight of your completed order, and the courier service used. Your shipping cost will always be communicated to you clearly before your order is dispatched, so there are no surprises.
As a general guide:
Within Lagos: Starting from ₦3,000 to ₦8,000 depending on location and courier
Other states in Nigeria: Starting from ₦10,000, depending on destination
International: Varies by destination and will be confirmed at the time of dispatch
For international orders, we recommend budgeting for both your shipping cost and any potential customs duties applicable in your country.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via your preferred contact channel, whether that is email, WhatsApp, or SMS. You can use this tracking number directly on the courier’s website to monitor the real-time status of your delivery.
If you have not received your tracking number within 24 to 48 hours of being notified that your order has been dispatched, please reach out to us and we will provide it promptly.
7. Delays
We will always communicate proactively if there is ever a delay on our end. Once your order has been handed over to the courier and you have received your tracking number, the delivery timeline is in the courier’s hands. Sandra Lawrence Designs cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
If your order appears significantly delayed or your tracking has stopped updating, please contact us and we will liaise with the courier on your behalf.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
We package every order with great care to ensure it arrives safely. In the rare event that your order is lost or arrives damaged in transit, please contact us immediately with your order details and photographs where applicable. We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the matter as swiftly and fairly as possible.
