Orders & Payments
Placing an order is simple. Visit our shop page, select the piece you want, add to cart, and checkout. You can also browse all designs here, add to cart, and checkout. If you prefer custom work, you can book a consultation here.
We accept bank transfer within Nigeria, online card payment, and Paystack for international clients. Full payment details will be shared with you at the time of your order confirmation. Please note that all payments must be made through our official payment channels only. Sandra Lawrence Designs will never request payment through unofficial or unverified accounts.
We do not offer payment on delivery. Because every piece we create is made specifically for you, production does not begin until a deposit or full payment has been received and confirmed. This protects both you and us and ensures your order receives our full attention from the very beginning.
Minor adjustments such as colour, small design details, or measurements may be accommodated within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, changes can no longer be guaranteed as production may have already commenced. If you need to cancel, please notify us immediately in writing. If production has already begun, you may be liable for costs incurred up to that point.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order is completed and dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
  • Within Lagos: 1 to 3 business days
  • Other states within Nigeria: 2 to 7 business days depending on the shipping option selected
Please note these timelines apply from the date of dispatch and do not include your production time.
Yes we do. Sandra Lawrence Designs ships to clients across West Africa, Tanzania, Asia, Europe, North America, Oceania, and beyond. Please reach out to us before placing your international order so we can confirm availability, provide an accurate shipping cost, and plan your timeline properly. Please note that international clients are solely responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applied in their country.
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, the size and weight of your order, and the courier used. As a general guide:
  • Within Lagos: Starting from ₦3,000 to ₦8,000
  • Other states in Nigeria: Starting from ₦10,000
  • International: Varies by destination and confirmed at time of dispatch
Your shipping cost will always be communicated to you clearly before your order is dispatched.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via your preferred contact channel, email, WhatsApp, or SMS. You can use this number directly on the courier's website to monitor your delivery in real time. If you have not received your tracking number within 24 to 48 hours of being notified of dispatch, please reach out to us and we will provide it promptly.
If a delay occurs on our end, we will contact you proactively and work with you to find the best solution. If the delay is caused by the courier after dispatch, we cannot be held responsible but we will always support you through the process and liaise with the courier on your behalf if needed.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final once production begins. However if we made an error on our end, we will fix it through alterations, a remake, store credit, or a partial refund depending on the situation. All return requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order via email, Instagram, or WhatsApp. Then:
  • Share your full name, order details, and clear photographs of the issue
  • Wait for our response within 2 to 3 business days
  • If approved, we will send you full return instructions
Please do not send anything back without written approval from us first.
Because all pieces are made to your specific measurements, we do not hold standard size stock for exchange. If your piece does not fit as expected, we can offer alterations for Lagos based clients, a remake assessment if the issue is a production error on our end, or guidance for international clients on safe adjustments to make locally.
  • Bank transfer within Nigeria: 2 to 3 business days from approval
  • International transfers: 5 to 7 business days
  • Store credit: Issued within 24 to 48 hours of approval, valid for 6 months
  • Items where production has commenced with no fault on our end
  • Items with fit issues from incorrect measurements submitted by the client
  • Worn, altered, or washed items
  • Items returned without prior written approval
  • Sale or discounted items unless a confirmed production fault exists
  • Rush order fees and deposit payments once production has commenced
  • Items flagged outside the 48 hour window after delivery
Sizing & Fit
Every client receives a detailed measurement guide along with a video walkthrough to help you take your measurements accurately from home. Simply follow the guide step by step and submit your measurements through the provided form or via our official contact channels. If you are unsure about anything, reach out to us before submitting and we will help you through it.
Products
  • Hand wash gently using a clothing detergent that is safe for colours
  • For more delicate or heavily embellished pieces, dry cleaning is recommended
  • Do not bleach under any circumstances
  • Specific care instructions will also be included with your order
Yes, certain pieces are restocked. When a restock is available it will be announced across our official platforms. Make sure you are following us on Instagram and subscribed to updates so you never miss it.
We work with a wide range of fabrics depending on the design, season, and occasion. Full fabric details for each piece are listed in the product description on the relevant product page.

Yes. However, visits are currently by appointment only. We are working towards having a dedicated outlet and will announce that update when the time comes. To book an appointment, please reach out to us via email or Instagram DM.
Yes we do. If you are purchasing a piece as a gift, simply let us know at the time of your order and we will take care of the rest.
