Placing an order is simple. Visit our shop page, select the piece you want, add to cart, and checkout. You can also browse all designs here, add to cart, and checkout. If you prefer custom work, you can book a consultation here.

After you place your order, you will receive an email with a measurement guide and a link to submit your measurements. We use these to sew your piece to fit you perfectly. Every client also receives a video walkthrough to help you measure accurately from home.

Each piece is sewn to order. Production turnaround is 3 to 5 working days from when we receive your measurements, plus delivery time. Within Lagos delivery takes 1 to 3 business days. Other states in Nigeria take 2 to 7 business days depending on your chosen shipping option.

Yes. You can add or remove certain details on any piece within 24 hours of placing your order. Note that additional customisations may attract an extra fee. After 24 hours, changes can no longer be guaranteed as production may have already commenced.

Because every piece is made specifically to your measurements, all sales are final once production begins. However if we made an error on our end, we will fix it through alterations, a remake, store credit, or a partial refund depending on the situation. All return requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving your order.
